Description

  • Existing 5,000 square foot empty lots, designed and built two (N) 4,200 square foot homes. Cut existing site to step building into hillside. Exported all dirt to San Diego airport for reuse. minimized use of lumber by building 35% of the building out of concrete. Also used manufactures lumber for floors and roofs, which was made from scrap wood. We also used manufactured plywood OSB for our floor and wall sheathing.
