Soheil Nakhshab, LEED AP, BPI
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Soheil is experienced in many aspects of real estate including both the structural engineering design/review and construction
of commercial and residential buildings. Soheil has an extensive resume in the design, consulting and construction of
Green homes and has designed and built numerous projects that have achieved LEED Silver certification or greater. Mr. Nakhshab graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is a LEED Accredited
Professional, Certified BPI Analyst and Certified Home Performance Contractor with Energy Star.
Blasi Ritacco, LEED AP, BPI
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Blasi has a diverse background in auditing, engineering and construction. He is trained and certified in building
science by both CA Home Energy Rating Systems and Building Performance Institute. Prior to working for Greenwise Solutions,
Blasi worked as an electrical design engineer. He is an electrical contractor and has experience in building custom homes
and commercial experience doing fire life safety installation and maintenance. Blasi holds a bachelors degree in Computer
Engineering from San Diego State University and is a LEED accredited professional, Certified BPI Analyst andCertified HERS Rater.
Jeff Conrad
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer
Jeff leads the business operations for Greenwise Solutions including day-to-day operations, accounting, business
development, marketing and sales. With a wide range of business and startup experience as founder of Conrad Partners,
Jeff has assisted startup companies through the initial business development and launch process. Mr. Conrad has
assisted entrepreneurs on all aspects of starting a business from idea to implementation. Jeff holds a dual B.S.
degree from Northeastern University in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management and Marketing.
Sean Roberts, HERS
Senior Consulting Auditor
Sean brings to Greenwise Solutions a deep knowledge in both auditing and construction. Sean is trained and
certified in building science by CA Home Energy Rating Systems. Sean holds a B.S. degree from San Diego State University.
